AureMarket ("AureMarket," "we," "us," or "our") operates an online marketplace platform that enables users to list, buy, and sell goods, including fixed-price and auction listings. This Policy applies to personal information we process when you visit our websites, progressive web app, or related services (collectively, the "Services").

This Policy covers personal information we collect online from users in the United States. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that link to or from AureMarket (including payment networks, carriers, or social platforms), which have their own policies.
If you are a seller, you may independently collect information from buyers (for example, shipping details on labels). You are responsible for that processing under applicable law. AureMarket is not your processor solely because a transaction occurs on the platform unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

We do not intentionally collect full payment card primary account numbers (PANs). Card data is handled by our payment processor under its PCI-compliant systems.

We do not use personal information to train third-party general AI models for unrelated commercial purposes without a lawful basis and, where required, notice or consent. Listing photos may be hashed by a child-safety vendor (PhotoDNA) before they are used for listing help.

We do not sell personal information for money. Under some state laws (including CCPA/CPRA), “sale” or “sharing” can include certain advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising. Marketing pixels (Meta, Google, TikTok) are off until they are named on the Cookie Policy. We still honor Global Privacy Control and a written opt-out now — see Do Not Sell or Share.
We use essential cookies for authentication, security, and load balancing. We may use analytics and preference cookies to understand usage and improve the Services. Where required, we will present a cookie preference interface. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break login or checkout.
If you reach us from a link that names where it was shared (for example Instagram or our newsletter), we keep a short code for that source in a first-party cookie for 30 days, and if you join the waitlist we save that code with your signup. It is not shared with anyone.

How to exercise rights: Email privacy@auremarket.com. We will verify your identity before fulfilling requests. You may use an authorized agent where law permits; we may require proof of authorization.
We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally 45 days under CCPA/CPRA, extendable as permitted). If we deny a request, we will explain the basis and how to appeal where required.
California Notice at Collection: Categories of personal information we collect include identifiers (name, email, IP), commercial information (purchase history), internet activity, approximate geolocation, professional information (if you sell as a business), and inferences related to fraud risk. Purposes and retention are described in this Policy. We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g., tax, dispute, or anti-fraud records).
Do Not Sell or Share / GPC: Use Do Not Sell or Share or send a Global Privacy Control signal. We honor GPC as an opt-out of sale and sharing. We do not operate a GDPR establishment and do not appoint an EU DPO.
Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of “covered information” under NRS 603A.300–.360 (sometimes described with SB 220). We do not sell covered information for money. We retain account and transaction records while the account is active and for a reasonable period after close to meet tax, accounting, dispute, and anti-fraud duties. Order and payout records are typically kept at least seven years where tax rules require it. Support messages follow operational need plus any legal hold. Listing photos that fail a child-safety hash are not used for listing help and are handled under the Minors policy. When we no longer need personal information, we delete or de-identify it.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users must meet the age requirements in our Terms (generally 18, or the age of majority). If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. For teens, we comply with applicable state laws restricting certain uses of minors' data.
AureMarket is operated from the United States for U.S. users. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be processed in the United States, where laws may differ from those in your country.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, notified by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy where permitted by law.
