User Agreement

This User Agreement incorporates and includes:

• Terms of Service
• Privacy Policy
• Seller fees & policies
• Payments Terms
• Buyer Protection Policy

Together, these documents form the binding agreement between you and AureMarket. If there is a conflict, the more specific policy controls for that subject (for example, fees policy controls fee amounts).

• Provide accurate information and keep it current;
• Maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes;
• Comply with all applicable federal and state laws;
• Do not share accounts or allow unauthorized access;
• Promptly report suspected unauthorized use.

AureMarket is positioned for mid-to-high quality goods. You agree to meet listing quality expectations (accurate photos, honest condition, clear pricing). We may remove content that undermines trust, even if not strictly illegal.

You consent to receive service-related electronic communications (order updates, security notices, policy changes). Marketing messages are optional; you may opt out of marketing without opting out of essential service mail.

We may investigate violations, remove listings, cancel transactions, withhold payouts, limit features, or suspend/terminate accounts. We may report illegal activity to law enforcement. Enforcement decisions do not create a duty to take action in every case.

We may update this User Agreement by posting a revised version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
