How AureMarket uses cookies, local storage, and pixels. Read with the Privacy Policy.

AUREMARKET, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (together with its affiliates, “AureMarket,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These policies are the published rules of the floor. They protect members and the house. They are not legal advice and do not create an attorney-client relationship. If a court order or a signed agreement says otherwise, that document controls. 1. What we use

We use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to run the site, keep you signed in, remember cart and AureList, measure audience, prevent fraud, and (when you allow it) attribute ads.

Strictly necessary — session, authentication, security, load balancing.
Functional — cart, recently viewed, language, AureMeetup codes.
Analytics — aggregated traffic (for example first-party analytics or a vendor we name in Privacy).
Signup source — aure_src, a 30-day first-party cookie holding only the code of the link you arrived from. If you join the waitlist, that code is saved with your signup.
Advertising — only after you launch paid ads and only with a documented pixel.

2. Your controls

Browser settings can block cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break sign-in and checkout. Nevada and California residents have additional rights in the Privacy Policy (do-not-sell / GPC).

3. Pixels

We will not fire Meta / Google / TikTok ads pixels on the live floor until the pixel is listed here and in Privacy. Until then, treat marketing pixels as off.

Informational only · not the rule

When you turn ads on, counsel should add the vendor names, retention, and a cookie table. Do not run ads pixels in the dark.
