Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not run Meta, Google, or TikTok ads pixels on the live floor until those vendors are listed on the Cookie Policy. Service providers (hosting, email, Stripe, shipping, child-safety hashing) process data to run the house — that is not a sale.

Some state laws treat certain advertising or analytics cookies as a “sale” or “share.” If we turn those on, this page is the control. Until then, an opt-out still lands: we record it and we will not start sale/share processing against that request.

We honor a GPC signal from a participating browser as a request to opt out of sale and sharing under CCPA/CPRA. If your browser sends GPC, we set a first-party cookie aure_gpc=1 and treat you as opted out. You do not have to fill the email below for GPC to work.

California residents may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and may limit the use of sensitive personal information, by emailing privacy@auremarket.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.” Include the email on your AureMarket account if you have one. We will verify identity as the statute allows and respond within 15 business days where CPRA requires it for opt-outs.

Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of “covered information” (name plus an identifier such as email, phone, or an online identifier) under NRS 603A.330. We do not sell covered information for money today. To make a Nevada opt-out anyway, email privacy@auremarket.com with the subject “Nevada do-not-sell” and your email. We will confirm within 60 days as the statute allows.

You may use an authorized agent where law permits. We may require proof of authorization and identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
