You must be 18 to open an account, list, buy, message, or use AureMeetup. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA). If we learn an account belongs to a minor, we close it and delete what the law allows us to delete.
Any CSAM, any sexualization of a minor, any “child” in a listing that is sexual in nature: we remove it, preserve it, and report it to NCMEC as federal law requires (18 U.S.C. § 2258A). Do not email that material to us. Email legal@auremarket.com with the URL only.
Revenge porn, hidden-camera imagery, and other non-consensual intimate imagery is prohibited. A person depicted (or their authorized agent) may request removal by emailing legal@auremarket.com with subject “Take It Down / intimate imagery,” the URL or listing ID, a statement that they did not consent to the posting, and a declaration under penalty of perjury that the statement is true.
We will remove or disable qualifying material we host, in a time that meets applicable U.S. law. We may ask for more detail if the request is incomplete. Misuse of this path (false claims) is a Community Guidelines violation. Email intake to legal@auremarket.com is the published path.
No meetups involving a minor. No grooming. No asking a member to bring a child to a handoff. Violations are reported.
