1. Designated agent

Notifications of claimed infringement must be sent to the designated agent:

Legal Department, AUREMARKET, LLC, 288 Heatherstone St., Henderson, NV 89052, United States, (614) 747-6575, legal@auremarket.com. Subject line: “DMCA Notice.” Designated-agent directory registration: DMCA-1079023, effective August 21, 2026. Directory: copyright.gov/dmca-directory.

2. Elements of a notice

A notice must include, as § 512(c)(3) requires:

  • Physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act for the owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work (or a representative list).
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with a URL or listing ID reasonably sufficient to locate it.
  • Your address, telephone, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

We may ignore incomplete notices. Misrepresentation may create liability under § 512(f).

3. Takedown, counter-notice, repeat infringers

Upon a compliant notice we will remove or disable access to the material and notify the User. The User may submit a counter-notification meeting § 512(g)(3). Unless the complainant files an action seeking a court order, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days as the statute allows.

We adopt a repeat-infringer policy: accounts that accumulate unremedied valid notices may be suspended or terminated. Trademark complaints that are not copyright may be handled under a similar notice procedure at our discretion (this is not a DMCA obligation).
