Who it is for
A founding seat is for someone who already handles unique and luxurious pieces and would rather miss a listing than lower the bar. Dual-list is welcome. Leaving other channels is not required.
How the house decides
Fit is decided by the people who keep the floor, not by a queue or a count.
What happens next
If the house approves the application, the next note confirms the seat and carries the agreement for signature. If the house declines or the seats are held, the application stays on the house list and a kind note is sent. Either way, the person remains on the list.
